Rick is from a farming background working for the Royal Household in Windsor and locally here in Lincolnshire. He joined the company in 1998 as a timber crane operator, initially but moved into his present role within the Fencing & Gate Sales team in 2006. Rick is a member of the Institute of Wood Science and his specialist focus covers the merchant outlets within the Saint-Gobain group and fencing/agricultural contractors.
Richie joined us in 2003 having spent 22 years in the Royal Artillery. He has held several key positions including treatment plant operator and fencing and gates production supervisor, experience of which has given him an in depth knowledge of the products we now sell.
Richie joined the sales team in 2008 and being a fluent German speaker, he handles our export gate business as well as general fencing – with particular focus on the county councils, Environment Agency and similar public body outlets.
Angie joined us in 2007 having spent 15 years in the motor trade. She is a well known and respected character in the Newmarket area where she specialises in sales of pressure creosoted equestrian fencing.
Angie also has a growing portfolio of agricultural fencing customers.
Born and raised in Boston, Fiona holds a BA (Hons) degree in Modern Languages after graduating from The University of Huddersfield in 1997.
She joined Calders & Grandidge in 1998 primarily to help grow the fencing and gate business and moved over to Transport in 2004. She has also assumed day to day responsibility for track timber and pole sales where she has developed strong relationships with key customers.
Fiona's duties involve ensuring all vehicles and trailers are maintained in accordance with legal requirements, that deliveries are made on time and in full and that customers receive the most excellent of service at all times.
Originally from Grimsby in North East Lincolnshire, moving to Boston in 2006, family guy, David joined us in 2010 as part of the Transport team.
David's main duties are to ensure fencing materials and track timbers are delivered to meet customer expectations; he also wishes to forge strong relationships with fencing and track customers in order to be able to provide a dedicated customer experience.
